Us
When Harbour Lites opened its doors to the public for
the first time in 1997 , it pioneered the concept of Mexican
cuisine in the Southwestern area of Tenerife . The objective
was simple : Innovative and exciting recipes were to be
the order of the day . Sourcing garden fresh vegetables
and produce would be priority number one . Compiling a
list of quality wines from around the world was to be
essential . Service had to be professional but with a
personal touch ; attention to detail meticulous ...
That objective remains Harbour Lites raison d'etre
and today it is one of the areas most popular dining establishments
.
The
Menus
Many believe that Mexican food is scalding hot . While
of course it can be ( and our Texas Devil Hot Chilli certainly
is ) the vast majority of our recipes are not hot ; rather
containing subtle blends of herbs and spices that produce
a unique taste sensation not found in any other form of
cuisine .
Vegetarians
have always been a priority here . With over one
third of the menu suitable for vegetarian diets , you
will be pleasantly surprised to discover a menu where
you are not limited to pizza or salad alone .
Our contemporary Bistro
Menu contains old favourites , modern classics
and Daily Specials that are prepared from ingredients
found only after our early morning trip to the markets
. Persons of a nervous disposition are advised not even
to look at the Dessert

Our Lite
Bite menu will provide that mid afternoon stop gap
- Freshly baked Belgian style Waffles with Maple Syrup
and Vanilla Ice Cream ; Mushroom Pepper Pot with Garlic
Bread ; a Platter of Mixed Cheeses with Celery , Grapes
and Water Biscuits - to name but a few .
Children are welcome , well looked after
and have their own menu !
